Chargers Pull Away Late Against Mt. Pulaski


  • Illinois Lutheran Chargers took the lead late in the game in a 9-6 victory over Mt. Pulaski on Saturday. The game was tied at five with Illinois Lutheran batting in the top of the fourth when #21's wild pitch allowed two runs to score for the Chargers .
  • Mt. Pulaski scored four runs in the third inning, but Illinois Lutheran still managed to pull out the victory. Mt. Pulaski big bats were led by #21#8, and #11, who each had RBIs in the inning.
  • The Chargers got on the board in the first inning. #21's wild pitch allowed one run to score for Illinois Lutheran.
