Girls Softball Team Defeats East

The Proviso West Girls Softball Team defeated Proviso Eat 17-5 in the first roiund of the Walther Lutheran invitational.

Georgia Becker had a double and a triple while batting in 3 runs. Samantha Armador pitched four and a third innings and allowed only 3 runs. A number of girls contributed hits and good play in the field. The Panthers advance to the second round on Monday, April 16th.
