RECAP
On a beautiful night at Greg True Field, the GreenWave held their Senior Night, and Senior AJ Franklin celebrated in style.  Playing Timothy Christian for the Conference Title, this showdown between MSC Red undefeateds was a rematch of last year's Conference Title Game won by Timothy 6-5.  Franklin posted the Wave to a 2-0 halftime lead, but Timothy came out fast and strong in the second and got an early goal by #10 Allen to cut the Wave lead in half.  From there, it became the Franklin Show, and when the dust settled, the Wave led 5-1 with just under 17 to go and was on the way to their first ever MSC Crown.  Sophomores Brieger and Johansen (STE Record holder and State leader in assists), served up the Senior for his memorable final game at Greg True Field and Sajtar and a solid defensive effort keep the Trojans out of the net after Allen's goal.  The Wave completes a perfect MSC season, moves to 21-0 on the season, and wraps up the 2017 Regular Season campaign Thursday vs Fenton away.
