ALL FALL ATHLETES - 2016 - 2017 ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
PLEASE NOTE: It is now the last week in July and Fall Sport Registration has been open since April. The most efficient way to get physical forms to the athletic office at this late date is to scan or take a picture of the completed forms with your phone and email it to email@example.com. COACHES WILL NOT ACCEPT PHYSICALS ON THE FIRST DAY OF TRYOUTS OR PRACTICE. Do not be disappointed! Register for your fall sport today and if needed, turn in your valid physical (good for 13 month from date of physical) as soon as possible.
Redwings wishing to go out for Boys and Girls Fall Sports need to register on line prior to the start of their respective seasons.(Start Dates: Football: August 8, 2016; Boys Soccer, Boys and Girls Golf, Boys and Girls Cross Country, Girls Swimming, Girls Tennis, and Girls Volleyball: August 10, 2016) Please have registrations completed and make sure physical on file is up to date ONE WEEK PRIOR TO START OF TRYOUTS/PRACTICES (August 1 for football and August 3 for all other fall sports). Athletes will not be able to participate on the first day of tryouts or practices if their registration and physicals are not up to date.
Instructions for On Line Registration can be reviewed here. Please DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED AN ATHLETE. This will delay processing and updating of athlete's profile.
New physical form is required if it has been 13 months since your last physical. Physicals may be mailed (2200 Maple Ave, Lisle, 60532, ATTN: Sports Physical), faxed 630-719-2826, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow two days for processing to update Athlete's profile.
