Anything you can donate helps HHS toward reaching our goal.

Interested in helping out victims from the recent hurricanes but aren’t sure how?!  Well, we have two options available to the students of HHS!

Option 1: Purchase a t-shirt that represents how Hampshire High School students want to make a difference for the victims of the hurricanes! The shirts are a $15 each and can be purchased online. The online store closes September 22nd, at noon. Any questions, see Sydney James.

Option 2: Participate in a walk-a-thon!  All you need to do is register your email address as a fundraising teammate during your lunch period this Thursday or Friday.  You will then be required to provide 10 email addresses of friends and/or family members that may be willing to donate money to this important cause!  If you get registered and provide 10 valid email addresses you get...OUT OF CLASS for 8th and 9th hour the day of the walk!  The walk will happen next Friday, September 29.  See Mr. Whitehouse or Mrs. Wasilewski for any questions.

ALL money raised will be donated to the American Red Cross.

Game Summary

JV Tennis ties Rosary;wins vs Dundee Crown & South Elgin at Larkin Tournament

The JV Girls’ tennis team started off their season with a 5-1 win over Dundee Crown, a 5-1 win over South Elgin, and 3-3 tie against Rosary. Sophomore Megan Snarsky won all three of her singles matches while the first doubles team of sophomore Paloma Hamilton and sophomore Jessica Magalit demonstrated key mental toughness as they, at one point, won six straight games to win their match. While the Whips had a number of key wins last night, their most impressive win could be heard in the chorus of voices cheering on their teammates.  The Whips’ next match is here at Hampshire tonight against Woodstock North. We start at 4pm, so come out and support the JV girls’ tennis team! We look forward to seeing you there!
