Game Summary

Freshman A Boys BB win buzzer beater vs. CLC

Last night, as a program, the boys basketball team went 3-1 against Crystal Lake Central High School. The freshmen A team was down 2 points and needed to go the distance of the court with 2.8 seconds left in the game.  Executing the play to perfection, Ryder Havens baseball passed the ball to the middle of the court to an open Ben Benoit.  Ben caught the ball and quickly passed it to Alex Corbett who was running down the sideline.  In stride, Alex caught the pass, spotted up, and knocked down the game winning 3 pointer as time expired lifting the Whips to a thrilling 44-43 victory.  Great job boys!
