TOY DRIVE held on Friday, December 22nd

During the basketball games on Friday, December 22nd, Hampshire High School will be collecting toys for children for the Hampshire Police Department Adopt-a-Family.  Please bring such things as: legos for all ages, plastic animals, dolls, Barbie’s, Super Heros, Hot Wheels/Matchbox cars, Arts and Crafts materials.

Booster Club Concession NEEDS Volunteers NOW!

SUBJECT: A Reminder from the HHS Athletic Booster Club!

Hello HHS Basketball & Wrestling Parents,

Please make sure you have signed up to assist with concession sales!  Profits from concession sales keep our athletes updated with uniforms, specialty equipment, and other enhancements to the overall program.  If you are unclear about who the Booster Club is and what we do, please see the attached flyer.

PLEASE do your part and sign up - we cannot do concession sales without YOU. Also, please check with other team parents and make sure they have signed up as well.

Varsity Boys Track take 4th at Cary Grove

On Saturday, boys track took 4th at the Cary-Grove Invitational. Sophomore Tommy Croissant pole-vaulted to a first place effort and a new personal record at 11’0”. Jake Oury, who led the entire race, won the 800 in a time of 2:00.70.  Will Matushek was the third Whip-Pur to place first, crossing the finish line first in the 1600 in a time of 4:30.60.  Hampshire’s 1600 relay team of Jake Oury, Jackson Wozniak, Sheldon McKittrick and Michael Wozniak ended the meet with a first place effort in a time of 3:34.00. Nice job fellas!
