EPCHS Camp Entrances

Due to summer construction within EPCHS please use the below entrances/exits:

Weight Room/Fitness Center - Enter/Exit via door N2 located on the northside of the building near 99th street.

Pool and Small Gym - Enter/Exit via door S5 (pool doors) located on the southside of the building.

Coaching Staff
Dave Lang
Asst. Coach/Running Backs

Coach Lang is entering his 10th season as an assistant with the Mustangs and his 12th overall. He is a special education teacher with the AERO cooperative. Coach Lang played at Oak Forest High School under Coach McDonough, where he received All-Area and Academic All-State honors. He continued playing tailback and fullback at the University of St. Francis in Joliet. Coach Lang resides in Evergreen Park with his lovely wife and 4 children.

Marty Mulchrone
Asst. Freshman Coach

Coach Mulchrone will begin his 6 season as a football coach at EPCHS. He primarily works the defense for the Freshman/sophomore team. He also has been an assistant baseball coach at EPCHS for 4 seasons. He is a graduate of Mount Carmel where he was a 4 year player in football and baseball. Coach Mulchrone played collegiate football at St. Ambrose University from 2004-2006. Coach Mulchrone has a Bachelors degree from DePaul University. Currently Coach Mulchrone works in special education for Evergreen Park School Dist. 124.

Erick Ware
Asst. Freshman Coach

Erick Ware enters his first season on the Evergreen Park High School coaching staff and will work with the Mustangs Junior Varsity Team.
Ware came to EPCHS after spending the 2019 season as the Running Backs coach at Oak Lawn Community High School. Ware served as Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line coach at Morgan Park High School in 2017-18 and was the Head Football Coach at Bogan High School from 2012-16. Before going to Bogan Ware was the Passing Game Coordinator and Wide Receivers Coach at the University of St. Francis (IL). Ware also coached Defensive Line at Lincoln University in Missouri. In addition to coaching the linemen, Ware also served as the Blue Tigers’ assistant strength and conditioning coach. Ware coached two linemen who received All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association postseason honors.
Prior to moving to Lincoln, the Chicago native coached at three Chicago-area high schools and also a suburban Chicago junior college.
He was the assistant head coach and defensive coordinator at Chicago’s Dunbar Academy for two seasons (2007 and ’08) and tutored six players who earned All-Public League recognition. He coached at Dyett High School in 2006 and began his coaching career back in 2002 at Morton High School in suburban Cicero.
In between his stops at Morton and Dyett, Ware spent the 2004 and ’05 seasons as linebackers coach and recruiting coordinator at College of DuPage in suburban Glen Ellyn.
Ware also worked as a coaching intern with the Washington Redskins in the summer of 2006
Ware graduated from Millikin University in Decatur in 2003.

Ron Zimmerman
Head Coach

Ron is entering his 5th season here at EP. This is his 16th season coaching football. He is also the EPCHS Head varsity wrestling coach. Ron is a graduate of Rich South High School.(1997) He attended Illinois State University and graduated in 2002. He is married with 2 children.
