Fall Sports Cancelled 2020

Middle school families,

As you know, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause disruptions in all areas of our society. Unfortunately, this crisis has affected our ability to provide athletic extracurricular opportunities for students in a safe manner.

Due to the severity of the pandemic, including rising cases in McHenry County, all fall sports have been cancelled at the middle school level. The Fox Valley Conference (middle school) has also cancelled all fall competitions. This includes the following sports:

  • Cross Country (Boy’s and Girl’s)

  • Volleyball

  • Golf

We will be evaluating Winter sports in the upcoming months.

We understand this is a very difficult time for your students. Please know that our number one priority is to keep all students and staff safe. We will continue to work to find ways for students to engage with the school community beyond the virtual classroom. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
