The Chargers played the Tinley Park Titans Saturday afternoon. As the match began, both teams were playing aggressively and working to control the play in the middle. Throughout the half, there were a handful of opportunities for both sides. With just under 8 minutes to go in the half, the Titans got on the board with a good strike from the top of the box just off the right post and in the net. With a 1-0 lead, the Titans were more aggressive than the Chargers as the second half began gaining a PK shot off a handball about 10 minutes into the half and converting for the 2-0 lead. With about 8 minutes left in the match, the Chargers started to pressure and Josh McPherson got through the Titan defense for a goal. With under 2 minutes to play, the Titans committed a foul in the area, giving the Chargers a PK and Brandon Spence converted for the equalizer. The Chargers record is now 7-12-2.
