ALL ATHLETES- A PHYSICAL IS REQUIRED FOR TRYOUTS

Athletes:  You are not allowed to tryout for any sport without an up to date physical.  Please turn in your physical to the coach at tryouts. A school physical can be used, but the following must be visible and legible. An IHSA physical can be found on the athletics homepage under resources.

Your physical must have the following: 

• a date, written or stamped, within the last 13th months

• a doctor or nurse practitioners signature, written or stamped

• a "yes" to play interscholastic sports
