Varsity Boys pull to .500 for the season
The Bulldogs pulled to .500 on the young season with a home win over the Braves of Mt. Zion (0-6).
The Bulldogs were out to a 18-15 lead at the start of the 1st Quarter and only led 31-26 at Half. After half time M-S regrouped and pulled away during a 21-7 4th Quarter run sparked by Grant Coleman. Coleman finished with 26 points and 11 rebounds. Braden Finch finished with 14, Cole Lener had 11 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds.
Billdogs on the road for the first time in Apollo Conference play on Friday against Taylorville (3-3).
