Athletic Contact Days

Hello Niles North Families, 

Last Friday, District 219 announced that we can conduct the IHSA “Contact Days” for our sports teams.  HERE is a link to the Contact Days schedule, which will take place over the next five weeks.   

To sign up, please register your athlete on our 8 to 18 website.  Directions for how to register can be found HERE.  

In addition to registering, each student athlete must have a valid sports physical (within the last 13 months) in order to participate.  Student athletes can bring the physical to the first day of practice or they can scan/email it to Peggy Howard (marhow@d219.org).  

Please note that participation in Contact Days is completely voluntary.  We will follow all Covid safety guidelines as outlined by the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Illinois High School Association. Guidelines for Athletic Contact Days can be found HERE.
