IHSA SPORTS PHYSICAL INFORMATION

Options for turning in an UPDATED SPORTS PHYSICAL:

Email/Scan a copy to Mrs. Stuttle at julie.stuttle@bps101.net

Fax it to the Athletic Office at (630) 937-8602

 

**Your sports physical must be signed by both parent and athlete, as well as the physician.

**Your sports physical must be completely filled out by parent and physician.

 

**A current sports physical must be on file in the atheltic office in order to practice, participate or tryout for a sport.  Sports physicals are good for 13 months.

BOYS SOCCER OPEN GYMS - STARTING MONDAY, JANUARY 11th, 2021

Boys Soccer Open Gyms Starting Monday, January 11th, 2021:

Open gyms will be held on  Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15 pm in the Field House(if the turf is clear and weather permits we will switch to 3:00-4:00pm.  This will be communicated well in advance)  Below are the dates:

Monday, January 11th, 7:15-8:15 pm 
Wednesday,  January  13th, 7:15-8:15 pm 
NO TRAINING ON MONDAY, JANUARY 18TH DUE TO NON-ATTENDANCE DAY
Wednesday, January 20th, 7:15-8:15 pm 
Monday, January 25th, 7:15-8:15 pm 
Wednesday, January 27th, 7:15-8:15 pm 
Monday, February 1st, 7:15-8:15 pm
Wednesday, February 3rd, 7:15-8:15 pm 
Monday, February 8th, 7:15-8:15 pm

Before Arriving at Open Gym Session:

  1. The player should check his temperature - stay home if you have a temperature or have symptoms.
  2. Make sure to have a mask for the open gym. (Players will be sent home if not)
  3. Flats for conditioning/ball work/skills work in the Field House (turf should bring spikes)
  4. Water (enough to last for the entire session - no sharing of water)

During Open Gym Session:(Only Conditioning and Skill work permitted)

  1. Players will be required to complete the form for symptoms prior to every session.  As mentioned above, stay home if you are having symptoms but please fill out the form for documentation.  QR code/link will be given Monday.
  2. Hand sanitizer and wipes will be provided every session.
  3. Equipment will be sanitized throughout each session.
  4. Social distancing will be maintained during water breaks and putting on/taking off gear.

AFTER Open Gym Session:

  1. Hydrate 
  2. Nutrition - be sure to eat appropriately to fuel your body to prepare for the next day.
  3. Rest - make sure to get the appropriate amount of rest to prepare for the next day.
  4. Communicate any injuries to coaches.
