Welcome to the 2020 Girls Cross Country team!!!
An email is being sent out from athletics tomorrow 6/10 about the summer conditioning that will occur through the end of June. Please signup for any morning slot if you are able to do so. You will not be placed with the entire team as a group, but are more likely to be with someone on the team if you do. If you cannot make the morning slots, please signup in the afternoon slot. Training will be an hour-long and led by a coach on staff (more details will be in the email sent out tomorrow). A training program will come out in July if you cannot attend. More details about July will come once the state decides what phase our area is in an what we are able to do/not do.
Due to COVID-19 we are working on a conditioning schedule this week that will begin tentatively on June 15th. I will have more information posted on this site once I know more about what that will look like for our athletes. We are keeping your child's safety our top priority and look forward to having more information to you by the end of the week (June 12th).

The Cross Country Season:
Cross Country is a no-cut sport, so the season will begin on August 10th at 7:00 AM in the fieldhouse. Please bring athletic attire, running shoes, a running watch, and a water bottle at that time. Before the season begins please make sure to register via PowerSchool and have your athletic forms are updated as well.
