News and Announcements

Conditioning for HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS Only

Illinois is currently in Phase 3 of the Restore Illinois re-opening plan and the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) has provided Stage 1 Guidelines. These IHSA Stage 1 Guidelines include strict health and safety protocols, social distancing, small groups and non-sport specific conditioning only camps.  The spirit of IHSA Stage 1 is to slowly allow a minimal number of coaches and high school varsity athletes that are comfortable and able to return with an opportunity to reconnect. Athletic programs that have coaches that are offering conditioning camps in stage 1 are:

Cheerleading - 8:00-9:00 am/9:00-10:00 am (Coach Panvino @

Football - 8:00-9:00 am/9:00-10:00 am/10:00-11:00 am (Coach Brosman @

Boys soccer - 9:00-10:00 am/10:15-11:15 am (Coach Schuster @

Wrestling - 9:00-10:00 am (Coach Mitty @

Please contact you coach above for the google link for registration. Conditioning is ONLY for high school students.

Upon entering Stage 2 we still expect strict safety protocols, but anticipate larger groups being allowed and sport-specific camps to begin to return.  Time and facility space will be at a premium.  However, we hope to provide opportunities to the greatest extent possible.

Thank You,
Mike Sitter
